CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m. <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />John Torres, Alameda County Fire Fighter and President of IAFF Local 55, led the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />B. Roll Call <br />PRESENT: Members Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br />ABSENT: None <br />C. Announcements <br />None. <br />2. PRESENTATIONS/ RECOGNITIONS <br />A. Minute Order No. 2010-026, Resolution Commending Robert C. Kvam for His Years <br />of Service on the Senior Commission (approves a ceremonial resolution of the City <br />Council). <br />The City Council approved the resolution commending Robert C. Kvam for his <br />years of service on the Senior Commission. <br />M/S/C Prola and Reed. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br />Robert Kvam was unable to attend the meeting. His resolution will be mailed to him. <br />B. Minute Order No. 2010-027, Resolution Commending Keith A. Peterson for His <br />Years of Service on the Senior Commission (approves a ceremonial resolution of the <br />City Council). <br />The City Council approved the resolution commending Keith A.
