TIMELINES <br />By October 1, 2010, Davis Street will have accomplished: <br />Provide 3,750 families with basic needs services to include any of the above mentioned services. <br />Distribute approximately 20,832 meals, the equivalent of 3 days' worth of groceries, twice a month, to <br />approximately 3,750 families. <br />By January 1, 2011, Davis Street will have accomplished: <br />Provide 7,500 families with basic needs services to include any of the above mentioned services <br />including case management to families that volunteer to monitor and track progress. <br />Distribute approximately 41,664 meals, the equivalent of 3 days' worth of groceries, twice a month, to <br />approximately 7,500 families. <br />By April 1, 2011, Davis Street will have accomplished: <br />Provide 11,250 families with basic needs services to include any of the above mentioned services <br />including case management to monitor and track progress. <br />Distribute approximately 62,496 meals, the equivalent of 3 days' worth of groceries, twice a month, to <br />approximately 11,250 families. <br />By July 1, 2011, Davis Street will have accomplished: <br />• Provide 15,000 families with basic needs services to include any of the above mentioned services <br />including case management to monitor and track progress. <br />• Distribute approximately 83,328 meals, the equivalent of 3 days' worth of groceries, twice a month, to <br />approximately 15,000 families. <br />• Approximately forty percent (40%) or 6,000 families, who accessed the basic needs services will <br />demonstrate increased financial or housing stability as indicated on their intake assessment and follow <br />up at the 4th and 12th month re-assessment periods. Families will become more self-sufficient by <br />having maintained their housing, as reported at time of follow up. <br />• Approximately forty percent (40%) or 6,000 families will report a decrease in the risk of compromising <br />their self-sufficiency by having maintained employment, as reported at time of follow-up. <br />• Approximately forty percent (40%) or 6,000 under-employed families who receive comprehensive <br />support services will reduce the risk of losing their jobs by maintaining employment during the first <br />month following their crisis or use of services. <br />-14- <br />CDBG Agreement with DSFRC - <br />Basic Needs Program FY10-11 <br />
