TIMELINES <br />By October 1, 2010, Echo Housing will have accomplished: <br />1. Serve all clients and provide approximately thirty-three (33) responses for information and referral services. <br />2. Approximately one (1) case will be mediated. <br />3. Provide approximately two (2) referrals to attorneys. <br />4. Prevent approximately one (1) eviction. <br />5. Provide approximately four (4) referrals to outside agencies. <br />6. Provide outreach which shall comprise of: <br />a. Distribution of 205 pieces of remedial material within San Leandro. <br />b. Ten (10) quarterly public service announcements. <br />By January 1, 2011, Echo Housing will have accomplished: <br />1. Provide outreach which shall comprise of: <br />a. Ten (10) quarterly public service announcements. <br />b. One (1) appearance on local television or radio station. <br />c.
