PERFORMANCE MEASURES <br />SUBRECIPIENT SHALL, FOR THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT <br />1. Provide individual and family therapy services and/or Family Communication Workshops to 110 youth <br />and family members served within twelve (12) months. <br />2. Assist seventy percent (70%) or 77 of the 110 participating family members address psychological and <br />communication problems within their family in order to alleviate parental abuse and/or child acting-out <br />behavior. <br />3. Provide eighteen (18) participating children and families with family crisis intervention and/or respite <br />care intervention for pre-delinquent and delinquent youth. <br />4. Assist ninety percent (90%) or sixteen (16) of the eighteen (18) participating family members sufficiently <br />address the current crisis so that family unification is preserved (the child returns safely home, with <br />follow-up family services). <br />-14- <br />CDBG Agreement with Girls Inc.
