PERFORMANCE MEASURES <br />SUBRECIPIENT SHALL, FOR THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT <br />1. Have 360 students from middle and high schools in San Leandro and surrounding communities <br />participate in a Teen Dating Violence Prevention Presentation. <br />2. Increase the knowledge of domestic violence and the resources available to domestic violence victims <br />to eighty percent (80%) (288 of 360) of the students that participates in the Teen Dating Violence <br />Prevention Presentations. <br />3. Provide crisis intervention services, domestic violence education, and/or referrals to 180 Alameda <br />County residents who are domestic violence victims and have contact with law enforcement. <br />4. Increase the level of self-sufficiency of eighty percent (80%) (144 of 180) of the Alameda County <br />residents, who are victims and have made domestic violence reports, by providing them crisis <br />intervention services and domestic violence education which teach them new safety skills. <br />-14- <br />CDBG Agreement with SAVE FY10-11 <br />
