That on or about the 15t" day of September 2008, the City of San Leandro, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California, did enter into a certain contract with SIEMENS BUILDING <br />TECHNOLOGIES, INC., 25821 INDUSTRIAL BOULEVARD, HAYWARD, CA <br />94545, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit WATER POLLUTION <br />CONTROL PLANT (WPCP) CO-GENERATION FACILITY, PROJECT NO. 593- <br />52-228. <br />2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of <br />improvement is as follows: Federal Insurance Company and Fidelity & Deposit <br />Company of Maryland. <br />3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the WATER <br />POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT (WPCP) CO-GENERATION FACILITY, <br />PI:OJECT NO. X93-52-228 project is: In fee. <br />4.
