Peterson, Administrative Services Manager <br />SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT <br />BY AND BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND JOSEPH DAVID ARAUJO, A SINGLE MAN <br />For value received, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Joseph David Araujo, a single man <br />(GRANTOR) hereby grants to the City of San Leandro (CITY), its agents, employees and contractors, a <br />permanent sanitary sewer easement on, over, and across a portion of that certain real property owned by <br />the GRANTOR, located at APN 076-0283-009, also known as 355 Beverly Avenue in San Leandro, CA <br />and as more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
