IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-084 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />ADMINISTRATNE CODE RELATING TO CORRECTION OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR <br />WASTE WATER DISCHARGE CONNECTION FEES -NON-RESIDENTIAL SUSPENDED <br />SOLIDS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That following notice and hearing as may be required by law, Title 6, Chapter 4, Section <br />6.4.100, of the San Leandro Administrative Code, a copy of which is attached, is hereby adopted. <br />That the provisions of this Section shall take effect on July 1, 2010. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 6th day of July, 2010, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; Mayor Santos (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Stephens (1) <br />p~ ~f~ a <br />ATTEST: oltiiil~`~ ~~'~"~"'~? <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
