.~ <br /> <br />That $68,236 of DFSI funds be appropriated for installation and design of bike routes and <br />bike lanes. <br />That said City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager or his designee to execute and <br />file a TDA grant application, and appropriate $68,236 in DFSI funds for design of bike routes <br />and bike lanes.
