This project is a series of recommendations for making the established <br />,~ downtown of San Leandro more attractive for businesses and shoppers. The downtown is <br />developed with an outdoor shopping center and small retail stores. There are a few historic <br />building dating back to the early twentieth century, but the plans do not call for the removal or <br />remodeling of these structures <br />9.
