Adjacent <br />properties are zoned'CC Commercial Community and CN Commercial Neighborhood. <br />Description of site and <br />proposed project: The MacArthur Boulevard Streetscape Master Plan addresses the following goals: enhancement of <br />the commercial business environment; calming of traffic and enhancement of pedestrian <br />movement; and creation of an attractive city gateway.
