~~ <br /><'w,... ~ <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2001- 25 (2897 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT <br />AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS) SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT <br />AGREEMENT (PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS), AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF <br />PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS AND ACCESS EASEMENTS FOR TRACT 7175; <br />CHERRY WOOD, PHASE 3 (FORMERLY CHERRY CITY), AT WESTERLY END OF <br />PERALTA AVENUE, WEST OF SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD; <br />DEVELOPER: SAN LEANDRO INVESTORS, LLC <br />FINDING <br />Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for <br />Tract 7175, Cherry Wood, Phase 3, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by <br />reference, the City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with <br />the provisions for the design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract 7175, <br />Cherry Wood, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7175, <br />Cherry Wood, Phase 3, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference, has <br />certified that said Final Map (attached) conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore <br />approved; that it is technically correct; and that the Subdivider has complied with the provisions <br />of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the <br />Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />
