"No Parking Any Time" signs shall be installed, and enforced by the Homeowners' <br />Association through the CC&R's, along the courtyard driveways to provide emergency <br />vehicle access as directed by the Fire Department. <br />13. The Fire Department shall approve in writing, the parking plan and plan for marking <br />curbs throughout the development. <br />14. During construction, the Fire Department will need access to the project site and open <br />space for possible response to fire and medical emergencies. Prior to grading permit <br />approval, a plan for emergency access shall be submitted to the Fire Department for <br />review and approval. <br />15. Speed control measures shall be incorporated into each motor court driveway as directed <br />and approved by the City Engineer and the City Transportation Administrator. <br />16. No street paving for any streets with existing public sanitary sewer mains and/or storm <br />drain shall be constructed unless and until any required rehabilitation and/or upsizing of the <br />public facilities in the subject streets has been completed. <br />17. Prior to the issuance of building permits for the first phase of the project, the Subdivider <br />shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from the Engineering and Transportation <br />Department for any work within any public right-of--way. <br />18. Prior to approval of the first Final Map, Subdivider shall submit a street name list for this <br />development phase for the review and approval of the Fire Department, Police <br />Department, the City Engineer and the Development Services Director. <br />19. Addresses for each unit shall be assigned by the City based upon the street or court, <br />which the front door of the unit faces. <br />20. Prior to the recordation of any final map with the Alameda County Recorder, the <br />Subdivider shall submit to the City Engineer a computer disk with a file of the points and <br />lines of the fmal map in an AutoCAD readable format compatible with the City's <br />Automated Mapping System. <br />21. All certifications and approvals as required by the Floodplain Administrator in <br />accordance with local state and federal requirements shall be in place prior to the <br />approval of the first Final Map. <br />Page 3 of 9 <br />
