IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2001- 52 (2345) <br />RESOLUTION DELETING TITLE 29, CHAPTERS 1 AND 2 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CODE (SLAG) RELATING TO THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY BY-LAWS AND CEQA GUIDELINES AND RESERVING TITLE 29 <br />WHEREAS the Industrial Development Authority of the City of San Leandro was <br />established by action of the City Council on February 17, 1981 by Ordinance 81-09. <br />WHEREAS, said Authority established By-Laws on March 31, 1981 by Resolution No. 81- <br />5 IDA. Said By-Laws were included in the San Leandro Administrative Code of the City of San <br />Leandro as Title 29, Chapters 1 and 2. <br />WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 2001 - 03, the City Council has declared there is no longer <br />a need for said Authority to function and has ordained that the Industrial Development Authority of <br />the City of San Leandro be dissolved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That Title 29, Industrial Development Authority, Chapter 1, By-Laws, and Chapter 2, <br />CEQA Guidelines, of the San Leandro Administrative Code is hereby deleted and said title is <br />reserved for future use. <br />Introduced by Council Member Galvan and passed and adopted this <br />19th day of March, 2001, by the following. called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young ( ~ ) <br />None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Attest: ~ <br />Gayle Pets sen, City Clerk <br />( 0 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />F:\Reso\IDADissolveRes. doc <br />
