2.10 Construction Details: Prepare construction details for proposed improvements including <br />median curbs, drainage, sidewalks, entry feature/sign, wave walls, bike path, site <br />furnishings and other related items. <br />2.11 Progress Submittals/Revisions: Prepare 70% and 95% complete construction documents <br />in AutoCAD version 14 and in the City of San Leandro standards and submit for review. <br />Revise plans based on City comments. <br />2.12 100% Submittal Revisions: Prepare 100% complete construction documents to City of <br />San Leandro and submit for review. Respond and/or revise plans and specifications. <br />2.13 Technical Specifications and Bid Form: Provide specifications and bid form for all of <br />the aforementioned improvements to City Standards (the "Green Book"). <br />2.14 Final Estimate: Prepare final estimate of probable project costs in the bid form format. <br />PHASE 3 -BIDDING & CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br />3.01 Pre-bid Meeting: Attend apre-bid meeting for interested bidders to address any questions <br />or concerns regarding the project scope. Prepare contract addenda as needed. Review bids <br />and provide assistance to City to analyze bids received. <br />3.02 Pre-construction meeting: Attend apre-construction meeting with selected contractor to <br />address any questions or concerns regarding project scope. <br />3.03 Submittals/Contractor RFI's: Review required submittals and respond to RFI's on an <br />"as needed" basis during project construction. <br />3.04 Construction Review: Conduct a total of five (5) site visits to help monitor contractor <br />compliance with the plans and specifications. All site reviews will be followed up with a <br />field report to the City with appropriate recommendations. <br />Clarifications: <br />Sculpture: the sculpture artwork will be shown in concept. Actual, scaled and <br />detailed shop drawings will be a requirement of the plans and specifications. Final <br />artwork, molds, castings and installations will be the contractor or subcontractors <br />responsibility. <br />2. Entry Sign: The plans and specifications will be in sufficient detail for bidding <br />purposes. Additional information with regard to connections and fabrication of the <br />sign will be a requirement of the plans and specifications in the form of shop <br />drawings to be provided by the contractor. <br />Exhibit A Page 2 of 3 <br />6/12/95 -Word 6.0 Marina Entrance Improvements Construction <br />
