ALAMEDA COUNTY <br />City of San Leandro PATRICK O'CONNELL <br />835 E. 14th Street <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />Pc <br />WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: <br />City Clerk CITY CLERK'S OFF <br />City of San Leandro / ICE <br />835 E. 14th Street JUN 12 200f <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />CITY OF SANIA.ND ,, <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 63 <br />(1007) <br />RESOLUTION SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY <br />CONTIGUOUS TO 1200 AND 1210 ESTUDILLO AVENUE AT BENEDICT DRIVE <br />(FRONTAGE ROAD) NORTH OF ESTUDILLO AVENUE; A STRIP OF LAND <br />APPROXIMATELY 175 FEET LONG AND 35 FEET WIDE, <br />ADJACENT TO 079A-0123-023-00 AND 079-0123-024-00 <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, a 35 feet wide strip of land to be summarily vacated by this resolution is <br />located contiguous to 1200 and 1210 Estudillo Avenue and is more precisely described in <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto, and made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the 35 feet wide strip of land is not required for street purposes. <br />WHEREAS, the proposed vacation has been found to be categorically exempt from the <br />California Environmental Quality Act; and <br />WHEREAS, said summary vacation is made under Chapter 4 (Summary Vacation) Part 3 <br />Division 9, Section 8351 of the California Streets and Highways Code; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />
