1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - 73 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO LEASE WITH <br />SAN LEANDRO YACHT CLUB <br />(1900/1952) <br />An Amendment to Lease between the City of San Leandro and San Leandro Yacht Club, <br />a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said Amendment to Lease. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Amendment to Lease is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member santos and passed and <br />adopted this 4th day of June, 2001 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Grant, Loeffler, Santos; Mayor Young ( 4 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: Council Members Glaze, Nardine ( 2 ) <br />Attest: ~ ~.J <br />Gayle tersen, City Clerk <br />
