<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO . <br />RESOLUTION N0.2001 - 87 (2323/1072) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />JOHNSON & ASSOCIATES RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION STUDY FOR ALL <br />CITY CLASSIFICATIONS <br />Recitals <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Johnson & Associates, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW,- THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Nardine and passed and adopted this <br />18`t' day of June, 2001, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; Mayor Young ( 6 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: ~ ,~. <br />Gayly Peters; City Clerk <br />
