1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION N0.2001 - 89 (1051) RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY OF SAN LEANDRO BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001-2002 AND APPROPRIATING ALL REVENUE THEREFOR Pursuant to San Leandro City Charter, Section 505, the City Manager has submitted to this Council a proposed budget of the 2001-2002 fiscal year entitled "City of San Leandro City Manager's Proposed Budget 2001-2002", a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. Included. in the proposed budget for fiscal year 2001-2002 are appropriations for Public Service Agreements for Community Assistance funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the General Fund. Pursuant to Section 510 of the Charter, this Council has duly and properly noticed and held a public hearing on the proposed budget, all interested persons having been heard at said hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That the proposed budget for the 2001-2002 fiscal year referenced above is hereby designated and adopted as the City of San Leandro Budget for fiscal year 2001-2002. That the amounts stated herein are hereby appropriated to the purposes therein specified for fiscal year 2001-2002 and that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute any and all Public Service Agreements for Community Assistance as provided for in said appropriation. That General Fund tax, interest and other discretionary revenues are hereby designed to specific service areas as follows:
