<br />iv. Final Payment -make recommendations to City regarding General <br />Contractor's final agreement of quantities. Prepare final agreement report for <br />submission to City. <br />v. Occupancy Assistance -Assist City in preparing plan for move-in and <br />occupancy. Assist the City in implementing move-in and occupancy plan. <br />vi. Start-Up Coordination -Assist the City during start-up and debugging of <br />project. <br />vii. Project Closeout -Prepare all documentation needed for project closeout. <br />Deliver all project documentation to the City. <br />viii. Final Report -Provide the City with a project final report that includes the <br />following: <br />1. A financial summary of the construction contracts, change orders, <br />consultant services, project management services and direct purchase <br />items. <br />2. A summary of project change orders. <br />3. A construction summary and schedule review. <br />4. A summary of final acceptance. <br />Contractor shall assign J.L. (Skip) McManus to this project for the duration to act as the <br />Construction Manager.
