<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2001- 94 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />HARRIS AND ASSOCIATES FOR THE <br />NEW FIRE STATION NO. 11, PROJECT NO. 00-230-28-112 <br />Recitals <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Harris and Associates, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Glaze and passed and adopted this <br />2nd day of July 2001, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardne, Santos; <br />Mayor Young ( ( ) <br />NOES: None ( p ) <br />ABSENT: None ( p ) <br />i - <br />Attest: <br />G ~ yle Pe rsen, City Clerk <br />l; <br />
