NICHOLSON CORPORATION as contractor, for a certain <br />work of improvement: To wit, SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY LIBRARY CENTER <br />SEISMIC RETROFIT, RENOVATION, AND EXPANSION, PACKAGE 3 STEEL AND <br />IRONWORK, PROJECT N0.98-215-28-115 of which said City is owner, in fee. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on July 2, 2001. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
