That on or about the 21st day of June 1999, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter <br />into a certain contract with CELL-CRETE CORPORATION, as contractor, for a certain work <br />of improvement: To wit, SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY LIBRARY CENTER SEISMIC <br />RETROFIT, RENOVATION, AND EXPANSION, PACKAGE 6.1C INSULATING FILL, <br />PROJECT N0.98-215-28-115, of which said City is owner, in fee. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: American Motorists Insurance Company. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on July 2, 2001. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
