<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 107 (1170/2318 ) <br />RESOLUTION ADDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 2 TO THE <br />SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO <br />UTILITY USER TAX EXEMPTION <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows <br />Section 1: Title 6, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, entitled Subsidies, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby enacted. <br />Section 2.
