IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - 108 (1078/1221/1203/1197) <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS <br />(Sewer/Refuse Service, Business License Fees, <br />and Weed Abatement) <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the <br />assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent refuse/sewer charges, business <br />license fee charges, and weed abatement charges, said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on <br />July 16, 2001 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA <br />94577. <br />At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property <br />described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed <br />assessments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted this <br />16th day of July, 2001 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />~. <br />y <br />"` \ <br />` Gayle Petersen, City Clerk <br />(6) <br />( 0 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />G:\Liens\2001-02\OverRuleReso <br />
