6 <br />1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2001 - 109 (1078/1221/1203/1197.) <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING REPORTS OF THE FINANCE DIRECTOR IMPOSING LIENS <br />FOR NON-PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT SEWER/REFUSE SERVICE, <br />BUSINESS LICENSE FEE, AND WEED ABATEMENT CHARGES <br />Finding <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has reviewed the Reports of the Finance <br />Director, filed with the City Clerk on Monday, July 2, 2001, and bearing List No. 2001-1 for <br />sewer/refuse charges, List No. 2001-2 for business license fee charges, and List No. 2001-3 for weed <br />abatement charges, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein. All of said charges <br />are currently unpaid and delinquent. <br />Pursuant to the San Leandro Municipal Code, notice was duly given of the time and place of <br />hearing on said delinquent charges and upon any objections or protest by any of the property owners <br />liable to be liened for non-payment of such delinquent charges. <br />Said hearing was regularly set for the hour of 7:00 p.m. on July 16, 2001, in the City Council <br />Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA. <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has heard and passed on objections and protests <br />of the property owners liable to be assessed for charges. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of San Leandro confirms the Reports of the Finance Director <br />concerning non-payment of city service charges and bearing Lists Nos. 2001-1, 2001-2, and 2001-3. <br />And it is fiuther <br />
