2. Where a contractor communicates with customers, clients, and other <br />members of the public by telephone, telecommunication devices for deaf <br />persons (TDD's) or equally effective communication systems shall be used. <br />3. A contractor who receives Federal assistance as part of the CDBG program <br />shall adopt and implement procedures to ensure that interested persons <br />(including persons with impaired vision or hearing) can obtain information <br />concerning the existence and location of accessible services, activities and <br />facilities. <br />4.
