IN THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2001- 115 (1841) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />SAN LEANDRO AND SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY COUNSELING RELATED TO <br />FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001-2002, <br />AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />(CDBG) FUNDS <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY <br />COUNSELING, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Grant. and passed and adopted this <br />16th day of July, 2001 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos, <br />Mayor Young ( 6 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: ~" ~-- `~- ~``- - <br />Gayle Petersen, City Clerk ~~ <br />G:\DS\CDBG\FPOI-02\Boys and Girls CIP reso for 7-16-Ol.doc <br />
