j- . <br /> <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2001- 117 (1925/1212/2575 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING $60,000 OF DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR STREET <br />IMPROVEMENTS (DFSI) FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH A CONSULTANT TO PREPARE PRELIMINARY <br />PLANS FOR THE PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE BRIDGE ACROSS THE SLOUGH <br />LOCATED TO THE NORTH OF OYSTER BAY REGIONAL PARK <br />Development Fees for Street Improvements (DFSI) funds have been paid by developers <br />to be used for traffic improvements throughout the City; and <br />The pedestrian and bicycle bridge across the slough located to the north of Oyster Bay <br />Regional Park is consistent with previous uses of DFSI funds; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />1. That $60,000 of DFSI funds be appropriated for preliminary plans for the <br />pedestrian and bicycle bridge across the slough located to the north of Oyster Bay Regional Park. <br />The DFSI funds will be reimbursed by a San Francisco Bay Trail Regional Development <br />Program grant. <br />2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement <br />with a consultant to prepare preliminary plans for said project. <br />Introduced by Council Member <br />Grant and passed and adopted this <br />16th day of July 2001, by the following called vote: <br />
