That on or about the 5th day of February 2001, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation <br />of the State of California, having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter <br />into a certain contract with GALLAGHER & BURK, INC., 344 HIGH STREET, OAKLAND, <br />CA 94601, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, RAILROAD GRADE <br />CROSSING IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 00-230-38-207, of which said City is owner, <br />in fee. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on September 4, 2001. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
