Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council, a tentative map entitled "Vesting Tentative Map, Tract <br />7264, San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer has certified that said Vesting Tentative Map, is technically correct; and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 13 of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code and the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the Vesting Tentative Map, Tract 7264 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions of <br />the Engineer's Report and the Planning Commission. <br />Introduced by Council Member Nardine and passed and adopted <br />this 17th day of September, 2001, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young ( 6 ) <br />Noes: Council Member Grant ( 1 ) <br />Absent: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: <br />Gayle tersen, City Clerk <br />g:\ds\beth\reports\pc\p1n2000-00049-51-RESOLUTION <br />
