IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2001 - 141 (2096) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM <br />CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-2001 AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION THEREOF <br />BY THE CITY MANAGER <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to provisions of the Housing and Community Development Act and <br />amendments, the Federal government requires local communities to submit a Consolidated <br />Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) on the use of Community Development Block <br />Grant Funds. <br />The City of San Leandro, as required by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development, has duly published notice of such hearing and has conducted a public hearing to <br />obtain the views of citizens on the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report <br />(CAPER) for fiscal year 2000-2001. <br />A copy of said Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The Council is familiar with the <br />report. <br />The City Manager recommends execution and submission of said Consolidated Annual <br />Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) as attached. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />
