IN THE CITY COUNCII., OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2001- 150 (1690) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP 7758 FOR THE <br />PROPOSED CREEKSIDE PLAZA, 960 SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD <br />(OLD CORPORATION YARD SITE) AT SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD AND DAVIS <br />STREET, (AREA PARCEL A=0.7745 ACRES, AREA PARCEL B =1.0385 ACRES, AREA <br />PARCEL C = 0.5912 ACRES AND AREA PARCEL D = 4.007 ACRES), <br />OWNER AND SUBDIVIDER: CREEKSIDE ASSOCIATES, LLC <br />FINDING <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with <br />the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />A parcel map entitled "Parcel Map 7758, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, <br />California" has been submitted to this Council. <br />The City Engineer has stated that said parcel map is technically correct, 'and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />The. City Engineer's Report for Parcel Map 7758 is incorporated herein by this reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />A. That said Parcel Map 7758 is categorically exempt from the environmental review <br />requirements of CEQA, under Class 15, Minor Land Subdivisions, of Title 28, Chapter 1 of the <br />San Leandro Administrative Code. <br />B. That said parcel Map 7758 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions listed ion <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />
