IN THE CITY COUNCII., OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION N0.2001- 150 (1690) RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP 7758 FOR THE PROPOSED CREEKSIDE PLAZA, 960 SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD (OLD CORPORATION YARD SITE) AT SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD AND DAVIS STREET, (AREA PARCEL A=0.7745 ACRES, AREA PARCEL B =1.0385 ACRES, AREA PARCEL C = 0.5912 ACRES AND AREA PARCEL D = 4.007 ACRES), OWNER AND SUBDIVIDER: CREEKSIDE ASSOCIATES, LLC FINDING The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. Recitals A parcel map entitled "Parcel Map 7758, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California" has been submitted to this Council. The City Engineer has stated that said parcel map is technically correct, 'and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. The. City Engineer's Report for Parcel Map 7758 is incorporated herein by this reference. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: A. That said Parcel Map 7758 is categorically exempt from the environmental review requirements of CEQA, under Class 15, Minor Land Subdivisions, of Title 28, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code. B. That said parcel Map 7758 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions listed ion Exhibit A, attached hereto.
