Does the project have impacts that are
individually limited,. but cumulatively
considerable? ("Ctmn~latively considerable" X 2
means the incremental effects of a project that •
are considerable when viewed in connection
with the effects of the past projects, the effects '
of other current projects, and the effects of
robable future o'ects. '
c. Does the project have environmental effects
•which will cause substantial adverse effects on ' X • 2
human bein ,either directl . or indirectl . •
EXPLANATION: Due to the scale of the proposed project, and the fact that a portion of the project area has been previously
developed with a variety of industrial uses; implementation of the proposed project, which would result in the development of two
new automobile dealerships/service centers and a new public road, is not anticipated to result insignificant cumulative impacts. A
traffic analysis prepared indicates that if the new mad were to.be `hunched through" in the future, an additional left turn lane would
be required,at the new road's intersection with Marina. Boulevard. The roadway is being plaunedwith aright-of--way, which could
accommodate this additional fora lane if it is wazranted in the future. In addition, the proposed development intensity (FAR) is in
keeping with the leve]s anticipated by both the existing General Plan and the proposed updated General Plan. As evidenced by the
.technical reports submitted to date, the project. is not anticipated to have substantial adverse effeets,:either directly or indirectly, on
human beings.. ....
S • t '~ . °'
1.
