A <br />traffic analysis prepared indicates that if the new mad were to.be `hunched through" in the future, an additional left turn lane would <br />be required,at the new road's intersection with Marina. Boulevard. The roadway is being plaunedwith aright-of--way, which could <br />accommodate this additional fora lane if it is wazranted in the future. In addition, the proposed development intensity (FAR) is in <br />keeping with the leve]s anticipated by both the existing General Plan and the proposed updated General Plan.
