IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2010- <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE ANNUAL SIDEWALK PROGRAM <br />2009-10, PROJECT 09-144-36-006 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and Spencon Construction dated September 10, <br />2009 authorized by Resolution No. 2009-124, the Annual Sidewalk Program 2009-10, Project <br />No. 09-144-36-006 is complete. <br />Said work was completed in accordance with the plans, specifications and to the <br />satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore recommends that <br />said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4.
