(d) Automobile Liability. Automobile Liability Insurance covering bodily <br />injury and property damage in an amount not less than one million dollars <br />($1,000,000.00), combined single limit for each occurrence. Said insurance <br />shall include coverage for owned, hired and non -owned vehicles. All policies <br />shall be endorsed with the following specific language: "This policy shall not <br />be canceled or materially changed without first giving thirty (30) days' notice <br />to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro by certified mail." <br />(e) Professional Liability. Professional liability insurance for all activities of <br />Tenant's architect and/or engineer arising out of or in connection with the <br />construction work, the construction contract or this Lease, on an occurrence <br />basis, in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) <br />combined single limit for each occurrence. In the event Tenant's architect <br />and/or engineer cannot provide an occurrence policy, Tenant's architect and/or <br />engineer shall provide insurance covering claims made as a result of <br />performance of the construction work, construction contract or this Lease and <br />shall maintain such insurance in effect for not less than five (S) years following <br />completion of performance of the construction work. All policies shall be <br />endorsed with -the following specific language: "This policy shall not be <br />canceled or materially changed without first giving thirty (30) days' notice to <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro by certified mail." <br />(f) Documentation. The following documentation shall be submitted to <br />Landlord at the time specified above: <br />i. Properly executed Certificates of Insurance clearly evidencing all <br />coverages, limits, and endorsements required above. <br />ii. Signed copies of the specified endorsements for each policy. <br />iii. Upon Landlord's written request for certified copies of insurance <br />policies said policy copies shall be submitted within thirty (30) days' of <br />Landlord's request. <br />(g) Policy obligations. Tenant's indemnity and other obligations shall not be <br />limited by the foregoing insurance requirements. <br />(h) Material breach. If Tenant or its general contractor, for any reason, fails <br />to maintain insurance coverage which is required by this Lease, the same shall <br />be deemed a material breach of this Lease.
