Box 3017 <br />Birmingham, Michigan 48009 <br />GRANT DEED <br />For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a public body, corporate <br />and politic (herein called "Grantor"), acting to carry out the Alameda County - City of San Leandro <br />Redevelopment Plan, which was approved and adopted on July 12, 1993, by the Board of Supervisors of <br />-the County of Alameda by Ordinance No. 0-95-5, as amended, and by the City Council of the City of San <br />Leandro by Ordinance No. 93-012, as amended (herein called "Redevelopment Plan"), under the <br />Community Redevelopment Law of California, hereby grants to Lavery California Dealership Properties <br />(herein called "Grantee") a portion of the real property commonly known as 467, 505, 517 Marina <br />Boulevard, City of San Leandro, State of California, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit 1 <br />and incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof the same as if particularly set forth herein. <br />Hereinafter this aforedescribed property shall be referred to collectively as "the Property." <br />1. The Property is conveyed subject to the Redevelopment Plan and pursuant to that certain <br />Disposition and Development Agreement entered into by and between Grantor and Grantee as of <br />September 17, 2001. The Disposition and Development Agreement is hereafter referred to as the "DDA," <br />a copy of which is available in the City Clerk's office of the City of San Leandro and an abstract of which <br />has been recorded along with this Grant Deed. <br />2. Grantee covenants by and for itself, and any successors in interest, that there shall be no <br />Grant Deed <br />467, 505, 517 Marina Boulevard Page 1 <br />
