Adherence to Schedule: <br />When the testing laboratory is ready to test according to the established Schedule, but is prevented from <br />testing or taking specimens due to incompleteness of the Work, all extra charges for testing attributable to <br />delay may beback-charged to the Contractor and shall not be borne by the Owner. <br />3.04 ALTERNATIVE INSPECTION PROCEDURE <br />A. The Owner's Representative shall have the right to require alternative inspection procedure other than as <br />specified when, in the Owner's Representatives judgment, other inspections are required to demonstrate <br />compliance with the Contract requirements. Costs of such alternative inspections will be borne by the Owner <br />if products are found to comply; otherwise, costs shall be home by the Contractor. <br />3.05 TESTING INSPECTION AND REPORTS <br />A. One copy of all test reports shall be forwarded to the permitting building department by the testing agency. <br />Such reports shall include all tests made, regardless of whether such tests indicate that the material is <br />satisfactory or unsatisfactory. Samples taken but not tested shall also be reported. Records of special <br />sampling operations shall also be reported. The reports shall show that the material or materials were <br />sampled and tested in accordance with the requirements of Titles 21 or 22 and 24 and with the approved <br />specifications. Test reports shall show the specified design strength. They shall also state definitely <br />whether or not the material or materials tested comply with requirements. <br />B . Each testing agency shall submit to the permitting building department a verified report in duplicate <br />covering all of the tests which are required to be made by that agency during the progress of the Project. Such <br />report shall be furnished each time that work on the Project is suspended, covering the tests up to that time, <br />and at the completion of the project, covering all tests. <br />C.
