IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION N0.2001 - 165 (2888) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SIXTH AMENDMENT TO THE ALAMEDA COUNTY - CITY OF SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT PLAN WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro is in the process of adopting a Sixth Amendment to the Alameda County -City of San Leandro Redevelopment Plan for the Alameda County -City of San Leandro Redevelopment Project Area (the "Plan Amendment"); and WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro (the "Agency") has caused to be prepared the proposed Plan Amendment; and WHEREAS, Sections 33451 and 33454 of the Health and Safety Code require both the City Council of the City of San Leandro and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro to conduct a public hearing on the approval of the Plan Amendment; and WHEREAS, Section 33458 of the Health and Safety Code authorizes the Agency and the City Council to hold a joint public hearing upon the consent of both. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1. The City Council consents to a Joint Public Hearing to be held on November 19, 2001, at 7:00 p.m. at 835 East 14'" Street, San Leandro, California, to consider the proposed Sixth Amendment to the Alameda County -City of San Leandro Redevelopment Plan for the Alameda County -City of San Leandro Redevelopment Project Area. Section 2. The City Council authorizes the Redevelopment Agency to comply with all of the noticing requirements for the joint public hearing set forth in the Community Redevelopment Law on behalf of the City Council.
