IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2001- 173 (1690/2888) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP 7891 FOR THE PROPOSED <br />SAN LEANDRO AUTO MALL AT 467 MARINA BOULEVARD, <br />(APN 075-0087-003-02), 505 MARINA BOULEVARD, (APN 075-0087-004-04), AND <br />517 MARINA BOULEVARD, (APN 075-0087-004-06), <br />OWNER/SUBDIVIDER: CITY OF SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />FINDING <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together <br />with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />A parcel map entitled "Parcel Map 7891, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, <br />California" has been submitted to this Council. <br />The City Engineer has stated that said parcel map is technically correct, and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />The City Engineer's Report for Parcel Map 7891 is incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />A. That said Parcel Map 7891 is categorically exempt from the environmental <br />review requirements of CEQA, under Class 15, Minor Land Subdivisions, of Title 28, Chapter <br />1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code. <br />B. That Parcel Map 7891 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions listed in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />
