. „` _ .a ., <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 175 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />GROUP 4 ARCHITECTURE RESEARCH + PLANNING RELATING TO THE CITY <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS PRELIMINARY REMODEL DESIGN, PROJECT NO.O1-210-18- <br />110, AND APPROPRIATION OF GENERAL FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $76,000 <br />Recitals <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Group 4 Architecture Research + <br />Planning, a copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized, and <br />That $76,000 be appropriated from the General Fund. <br />Introduced by Council Member Grant and passed and adopted this <br />15th day of October 2001, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />At est. \ ~ \ \ <br />Gayle Petersen, City Clerk <br />
