SHUTTS, A.LA., RELATING TO SAN LEANDRO BOYS AND GIRLS <br />CLUB LOCKER ROOM RENOVATIONS, PROJECT NO. 01-165-43-170 <br />Recitals <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Peter G. Shutts, A.I.A., a copy of <br />which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Grant and passed and adopted this <br />5th day of November 2001, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None (~ ) <br />ABSENTNone (~ ) <br />Attest: <br />Ga le Pe rsen, City Clerk <br />
