§236.1.110 MEETING PLACE. All regular meetings of the Commission shall <br />be held at the Civic Center, City Hall of San Leandro, unless in the opinion of the <br />Commission, the interests of the City and Commission could be best served by <br />holding such meetings elsewhere. <br />§236.1.115 WRITTEN NOTICE. Written notice, minimum 72 hours, shall be <br />given the City Council and each member of the Commission prior to the holdings <br />of any special meeting, and minimum 48 hours to the holding of any meeting not <br />at the Civic Center, City Hall of San Leandro. <br />&236.1.120 AGENDA. The Secretary shall prepare an agenda for all matters to <br />be submitted to the Commission and shall distribute the agenda and related <br />materials to all interested parties not later than four (4) days prior to the date of <br />such meeting. <br />ARTICLE II -OFFICERS <br />§236.1.200 CHAIRPERSON. The presiding ofi'icer of the Commission shall <br />be the Chairperson who shall be elected by the Commission at the first regular <br />meeting in October of every year. The Chairperson shall preserve order and <br />decorum at all meetings of the Commission; shall state each question, shall <br />announce the decision and shall decide all questions of order subject to an <br />appeal to the Commission; shall vote on all questions, -the Chairperson's name <br />being called last. No person shall serve more than two (2) successive full terms <br />of one (1) year as Chairperson of the Commission. <br />§236.1.205 VICE-CHAIRPERSON. The Vice-Chairperson of the <br />Commission shall be elected annually at the first regular meeting in October of <br />every year. The Vice-Chairperson shall, in the absence of the Chairperson or <br />upon the request of the Chairperson, serve as presiding officer. In the event the <br />Chairperson shall arrive at a meeting after its convening by the Vice- <br />Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson shall relinquish the chair upon conclusion of <br />the. item of business then pending before the Commission. <br />§236.1.210 VICE-CHAIRPERSON: ABSENCES. In the event of the <br />absence of the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson or their inability to act, the <br />commissioners present shall elect from their membership a Chairperson pro-tem <br />to serve during such temporary absence. Upon the arrival of the Chairperson or <br />Vice-Chairperson, the Chairperson pro-tem shall relinquish the chair upon <br />conclusion of the item of business then pending before the Commission. <br />§236.1.220 SECRETARY. The Secretary of the Commission shall be the <br />Senior Services Coordinator of the City of San Leandro. The Secretary shall <br />ensure minutes are taken and prepared, prepare the agenda and furnish all <br />members of the Commission with a copy of the agenda, plus copies of all <br />
