§236.1.110 MEETING PLACE. All regular meetings of the Commission shall be held at the Civic Center, City Hall of San Leandro, unless in the opinion of the Commission, the interests of the City and Commission could be best served by holding such meetings elsewhere. §236.1.115 WRITTEN NOTICE. Written notice, minimum 72 hours, shall be given the City Council and each member of the Commission prior to the holdings of any special meeting, and minimum 48 hours to the holding of any meeting not at the Civic Center, City Hall of San Leandro. &236.1.120 AGENDA. The Secretary shall prepare an agenda for all matters to be submitted to the Commission and shall distribute the agenda and related materials to all interested parties not later than four (4) days prior to the date of such meeting. ARTICLE II -OFFICERS §236.1.200 CHAIRPERSON. The presiding ofi'icer of the Commission shall be the Chairperson who shall be elected by the Commission at the first regular meeting in October of every year. The Chairperson shall preserve order and decorum at all meetings of the Commission; shall state each question, shall announce the decision and shall decide all questions of order subject to an appeal to the Commission; shall vote on all questions, -the Chairperson's name being called last. No person shall serve more than two (2) successive full terms of one (1) year as Chairperson of the Commission. §236.1.205 VICE-CHAIRPERSON. The Vice-Chairperson of the Commission shall be elected annually at the first regular meeting in October of every year. The Vice-Chairperson shall, in the absence of the Chairperson or upon the request of the Chairperson, serve as presiding officer. In the event the Chairperson shall arrive at a meeting after its convening by the Vice- Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson shall relinquish the chair upon conclusion of the. item of business then pending before the Commission. §236.1.210 VICE-CHAIRPERSON: ABSENCES. In the event of the absence of the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson or their inability to act, the commissioners present shall elect from their membership a Chairperson pro-tem to serve during such temporary absence. Upon the arrival of the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson, the Chairperson pro-tem shall relinquish the chair upon conclusion of the item of business then pending before the Commission. §236.1.220 SECRETARY. The Secretary of the Commission shall be the Senior Services Coordinator of the City of San Leandro.
