That on or about the 21st day of June 1999, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter <br />into a certain contract with Best Roofing and Waterproofing, Inc., 29300 Pacific Avenue, <br />Hayward, CA 94554, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, San Leandro <br />Community Library Center Seismic Retrofit, Renovation, and Expansion, Package 6.1A, <br />Roofing, Project No. 98-215-28-115 of which said City is owner, in fee. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Safeco Insurance Company of America. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 19th day of November 2001. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true an~ correct.
