Sā€¢ <br /> <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2001- 210 (2899) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION <br />IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY, PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS, AND PUBLIC ACCESS <br />EASEMENTS FOR TRACT 7053, RYLAND WOODCREEK, AT NORTHERLY END OF <br />PREDA STREET, DEVELOPER: RYLAND HOMES <br />FINDING <br />Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for <br />Tract 7053, Ryland Woodcreek, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by <br />reference, the City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together <br />with the provisions for the design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract <br />7053, Ryland Woodcreek, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7053, <br />Ryland Woodcreek, attached hereto as Exhibit A, .and incorporated herein by reference, has <br />certified that said Final Map (attached) conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore <br />approved; that it is technically correct; and that the Subdivider has complied with the <br />provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions <br />of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to <br />execute a Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Tract 7053 on behalf of the City. <br />
