S• IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION N0.2001- 210 (2899) RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY, PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS, AND PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENTS FOR TRACT 7053, RYLAND WOODCREEK, AT NORTHERLY END OF PREDA STREET, DEVELOPER: RYLAND HOMES FINDING Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7053, Ryland Woodcreek, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference, the City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for the design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. Recitals There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract 7053, Ryland Woodcreek, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7053, Ryland Woodcreek, attached hereto as Exhibit A, .and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said Final Map (attached) conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; and that the Subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute a Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Tract 7053 on behalf of the City.
