3. Until such time as all construction for the development has been completed to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer, the Subdivider shall provide current <br />Erosion & Sediment Control Plans, and amended Storm Water Pollution <br />Prevention .Plans (SWPPPs) for all portions of the site where construction is <br />ongoing. Said Plans shall be submitted to the City Engineer for review and <br />approval on or before September 1 of each calendar year, and shall be fully <br />implemented on or before October 15 of each calendar year. <br />4. During construction the following high standards for sanitation are required: <br />Garbage cans; construction dumpsters, and debris piles shall be removed on a <br />minimum weekly basis. All food related trash items such as wrappers, cans, <br />bottles, and food scraps shall be disposed of in closed containers only and shall <br />be regularly removed from the site. Inspections, conducted as part of the regular <br />construction compliance, will be conducted to ensure compliance of the <br />Subdivider and contractors with this requirement. <br />5. The Urban Runoff Clean Water Program requires that all runoff be treated to <br />remove sediment and water borne pollutants prior to discharge into a public <br />facility. If filtration type catch basins are used, the CC&Rs shall specify the <br />responsibility of the Homeowner's Association to regularly inspect and maintain <br />the filtration systems. Such inspection and maintenance shall include replacing <br />the inlet filters a minimum of two times each calendar year. <br />6. All on-site storm drain inlets must be labeled "No Dumping -Drains to Bay" <br />using approved methods. <br />7. Improvements to the creek banks and bottom to address potential erosion <br />problems, and correcting existing creek bank stability, may be required as <br />identified by the City and Alameda County Flood Control District. <br />E. WATER SYSTEM <br />1. Water service is currently available along Preda Street and within the project <br />site. The Subdivider shall submit plans approved by EBMUD showing the <br />water service extension, network. analysis and looping requirements. <br />2. On-site EBMUD street fire hydrants with minimum fire flow and spacing in <br />accordance with the San Leandro Uniform Code will be required. Prior to <br />installation, the Fire Department shall approve the location of the fire hydrants. <br />A water supply shall be in place prior to combustible material being moved into <br />any phase of the project. <br />F. SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />1. The sanitary sewer is available within the project site.
