EXHIBIT A <br />WORK PROGRAM BETWEEN DAVIS STREET COMMUNITY CENTER AND CITY OF SAN <br />LEANDRO <br />1. Upon approval of the City Development Services Director or designee, Recipient shall use <br />the CDBG funds subject to this contract to fund acquisition of property at 1103 Davis Street, San <br />Leandro for the location of the Davis Street Community Center. Prior to disbursement of funds, <br />Recipient shall execute a Promissory Note and Deed of Trust providing the City with a security <br />interest in the property to be acquired. <br />2. Recipient shall have primary responsibility for carrying out all phases of the acquisition, <br />including, but not limited to, securing additional financing and obtaining planning approvals. The <br />Development Services Director or designee shall approve the property acquisition budget before <br />disbursement of the funds under this Agreement, and shall be notified of any aggregate change <br />in the project budget exceeding 15%. <br />3.
