<br /> <br />STP/CMAQ Application <br />Rehabilitation Supplement <br />Rehabilitation Pro ram Screening Criteria <br />Check all screening criteria that apply: <br />Project is eligible for STP or CMAQ under Federal guidelines and is consistent with the list of eligible strategies. <br />^ Project is in an adopted regional/local plan. <br />^ Project is consistent with the 1998 RTP. <br />Project funds can be fully obligated by September 30, 2002. <br />^~ Project is financially viable and fully funded.
