.• <br />,. <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 17 (2678 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE DEPARTII~NT <br />CLARIFYING OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE <br />FIRST RESPONDER AGREEMENT <br />A Letter of Understanding between the City of San Leandro and Alameda County Fire <br />Department, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member G 1 a z e and passed and adopted this 7~` day of <br />February 2000 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council .Members Gal van, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: None (0 ) <br />~ s <br />Gayle Petersen, City Clerk ~~ <br />
