RECREATION <br />EFFECT: Approximately two acres of the project site would be utilized for the <br />creek walk and overlook areas and a 15,000 Interpretive Center. <br />FINDINGS: The creekwalk and overlook areas, in conjunction with the <br />proposed Interpretive Center, will provide adequate passive recreational uses for <br />the project site and immediate vicinity. That the Initial Study and accompanying textual analysis, both of which are <br />incorporated by reference herein, have determined that no other potentially <br />significant environmental effects are attributable to the DDA. <br />IV. That the Agency approves, as adequate, the Mitigated Negative Declaration for <br />the DDA. <br />V. That the Agency imposes as conditions of approval of the DDA considered <br />herewith the mitigation measures provided in the final Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration and the final Mitigation Monitoring Plan. <br />VI. That pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 711.4, the Agency finds that, based <br />on information contained in the Initial Study, Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br />the Mitigation Monitoring Plan, the effect of the DDA will be de minimis in its <br />effect on fish, wildlife and plants. The Agency further finds that, based on the <br />initial study, the DDA will not result in any impact on plants and animals. <br />VII. That pursuant to Public Resources Code 21081.6, subdivision (d), all records, <br />materials and other documents constituting the record of proceeding are available <br />form the Redevelopment Administrator. <br />11 , _ ~~ <br />
